Job Summary
- Lead and manage large-scale IT programs from planning through delivery.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and/or cloud collaboration platform deployments.
- Build and manage project plans timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Identify track and mitigate program risks and issues.
- Manage relationships with senior/high-level stakeholders keeping them aligned and informed.
- Coordinate across teams (technical business vendors) to ensure smooth execution.
- Report on program progress milestones and outcomes to leadership.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time within budget and to scope.
- Resolve conflicts blockers and cross-team dependencies as they arise.
Requirements
- 5 years experience managing large-scale IT programs (500 users).
- 3 years experience specifically in digital transformation and/or cloud-based collaboration platform deployment.
- Recognized Project Management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2).
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders resource allocation and risk.
