IT Program Manager

• Lead and manage large-scale IT programs from planning through delivery.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and/or cloud collaboration platform deployments.
• Build and manage project plans timelines budgets and resource allocation.
• Identify track and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Manage relationships with senior/high-level stakeholders keeping them aligned and informed.
• Coordinate across teams (technical business vendors) to ensure smooth execution.
• Report on program progress milestones and outcomes to leadership.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time within budget and to scope.
• Resolve conflicts blockers and cross-team dependencies as they arise.

Requirements

• 5 years experience managing large-scale IT programs (500 users).
• 3 years experience specifically in digital transformation and/or cloud-based collaboration platform deployment.
• Recognized Project Management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2).
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders resource allocation and risk.
