Job Summary
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hotel departments.
- Drive guest satisfaction and maintain world-class service standards.
- Achieve financial goals through revenue management cost control and profitability initiatives.
- Lead coach and inspire a high-performing team building a culture of engagement and accountability.
- Develop and implement business strategies to strengthen market position and support long-term growth.
- Ensure compliance with legal health safety and brand standards.
- Build strong relationships with guests business partners travel agents corporate clients and local stakeholders.
- Identify ways to improve operational efficiency and guest experience through innovation and best practices.
- Work closely with the Corporate Leadership Team to deliver business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Management or related field (postgraduate qualification a plus).
- Minimum10 years progressive leadership experience in luxury hotels/resortsincluding at least 5 years as General Manager or Resident Manager.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Demonstratedexpertise across Rooms Division Food & Beverage RevenueManagement Sales & Marketing and overall hotel operations.
- Outstanding leadership people development and change management skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for delivering great guest experiences and building strong teams.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance sustainability and operational excellence.
- Experience with internationally recognized hospitality brands is a plus.
