Are you a creative and organised marketing professional with a passion for hospitality My client is seeking a Marketing Plan Coordinator to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans

Support multi-channel campaigns promotions and brand initiatives

Collaborate with Sales Revenue and Operations teams

Manage relationships with agencies designers and media partners

Monitor campaign performance and compile marketing reports

Coordinate digital marketing social media and website updates

Support PR activities events and guest experience activations

Ensure all marketing activities align with brand standards

Requirements

Minimum 35 years experience in a marketing role within the hotel or hospitality industry with experience on MS Office and Opera

Proven track record of coordinating and executing marketing plans

Solid understanding of digital marketing social media and brand management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
