Multi-Brand Digital Coordinator

• Brand and Content Coordination: Maintain distinct brand voices adapt global content for the South African market ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain content calendars.

• Social Media Management: Plan schedule and publish content across Facebook Instagram and TikTok; monitor community engagement and track platform growth.

• Paid Media and Sponsored Advertising: Assist in executing paid social campaigns manage sponsored placements monitor ad spend/metrics and report optimization opportunities.

• Influencer and Partner Campaigns: Coordinate influencer collaborations from briefing to post-execution track deliverables and manage partner initiatives.

• Campaign Execution: Launch promotional campaigns aligned with sales goals support end-to-end rollouts and prepare comprehensive post-campaign reviews.

• Website and Digital Support: Update site content to reflect current campaigns and promotions collaborating with internal teams and developers as needed.

• Reporting and Analytics: Generate monthly multi-brand performance reports tracking engagement reach conversions and ROI to deliver actionable insights.

• Proven experience coordinating multiple brand identities.

• Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Instagram and TikTok.

• Exposure to paid social ad platforms and influencer campaign coordination.

• Proficiency with Zoho CRM / marketing tools.

• Strong organizational copywriting and data reporting skills.

• Basic knowledge of SEO or email marketing.

• Light graphic design or short-form video editing skills.

• Experience adapting international brand content for local markets.
