Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers on airfreight inquiries
Coordinate closely with customers on shipment requirements and updates
Prepare and provide accurate quotations based on customer requests
Follow up on quotations and support conversion to confirmed bookings
Liaise with internal teams (operations warehouse accounts) for smooth execution
Assist SOE in handling daily sales support and customer servicing tasks
Monitor and update customers on shipment status when required
Maintain proper records of quotations and customer communications
Support ad-hoc duties assigned by SOE
Requirements
Minimum 12 years experience in logistics / freight forwarding preferred
Basic knowledge of airfreight processes and terminology
Good communication and customer handling skills
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office (Excel Outlook etc.)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 9am-6pm
Sat 9am - 1pm ( alternate sat after probation )
