What Youll do:

-Provide support and development activities related to Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.

-Manage and maintain Active Directory environments ensuring security and availability.

-Administer and support Microsoft 365 (O365) services and user lifecycle management.

-Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange environments.

-Manage user accounts permissions and access controls.

-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements.

-Contribute to the optimization of authentication and access management processes.

Who You Are:

-Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.

-Hands-on experience with IAM Active Directory Microsoft 365 (O365) and Exchange.

-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

-Experience managing identities permissions and access governance.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

-Good communication skills in Portuguese.

-Graduate degree or equivalent academic background.

-Proactive organized and customer-oriented mindset.
