What Youll Do
Support customers with technical issues and offer clear solutions
Communicate professionally via phone chat or email
Turn customer frustration into satisfaction
Keep track of cases and follow up until everything is resolved
Who You Are
A natural problem-solver
Empathetic patient and professional
Able to stay calm in busy situations
Comfortable with digital tools and tech topics
Fluent in Italian English
(Experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not
required.)

Schedule
Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00
2 days off per week: Sunday 1 rotational day
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: 1024 14 months
Welcome bonus: 225 12 months (first-year installments)
Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
