Windows SysAdmin

As a Windows SysAdmin you will be responsible for the design implementation maintenance and advanced troubleshooting of Workplace environments ensuring the stability security and continuous improvement of endpoints and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot complex Windows and macOS workplace environments
• Design and implement Endpoint Management solutions
• Automate operational tasks and processes using PowerShell
• Manage and optimize security and compliance policies
• Provide advanced L3 support and resolve complex incidents
• Participate in workplace transformation and migration initiatives
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Provide technical guidance and support to L1 and L2 teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of workplace services and user experience

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workplace/Endpoint Management environments.
• Proven experience providing L3 Support in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune SCCM/MECM Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Active Directory and GPOs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office Exchange SharePoint Teams).
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting incident resolution and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience supporting workplace transformation and migration initiatives.
• Fluent English
• French is a plus
