Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with each department as well as with our subsidiaries around the globe to ensure the best team approach to a certain task/situation.
- Ensure mandatory tasks are completed according to respective requirements and deadlines.
- Provide support in administrative tasks as needed: document organization classification filing etc.
- Proactively contribute to a synergetic work environment.
- Participate in IEFP related and department related meetings.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree / Masters degree in Accounting Management Economics Finance Law Information Technology Human Resources Psychology Sociology and others.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages will also be valued.
- Attention to detail and great capacity to meet deadlines.
Computer Skills:
- To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Internet navigation and research.
