UXUI Designer

The UX/UI Designer will be part of the Product Design Department and will report to the UI/UX Manager Designer.

It is expected you will engage in User Interface and User Experience design in our products.

You should be able to balance usable designs with smart creative design solutions and should be eager to push boundaries to achieve the most effective results by collaborating ideas effectively in brainstorming sessions as part of an international team of professionals.

To help you learn grow and thrive this position is fully based in our Lisbon office. Being on-site 5 days a week ensures you have daily access to mentorship cross-functional collaboration and the immediate support of your team.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Create intuitive user flows wireframes concepts and new product features
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate ideas and validate solutions
• Explore new ideas explore creative approaches and drive continuous improvement through innovation and consistency
• Design beautiful functional and cohesive user interfaces aligned with our design language
• Actively contribute to design reviews brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions
• Work closely with managers product owners developers business analysts and other stakeholders to define user experience strategies
• Prepare final design files for development and oversee implementation to ensure quality execution
• Present design concepts visuals and user experience insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively in an agile environment supporting the team in fastpaced delivery cycles
• Operate independently or as part of a team while contributing to a positive collaborative environment

Qualifications :

• 2 years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio
• Professional or bachelors degree in graphics or related to the design field
• Creativity problem-solving passion and attention to detail
• Solid knowledge in Figma
• Excellent communication in English (advanced level required) and ability to present design work to stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with Motion Design in After Effects Spine or Rive
• Experience in the iGaming industry
