We are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading airline project in Lisbon.
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Position: Customer Service
Language: Spanish (C1/C2) English or French (B2)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday 08:0021:00 (Rotational Shifts)
Days Off: 2 Rotational Days
Salary: 920/month x 14 salaries
Attendance Bonus: 25/month (11 months)
Signing Bonus: 1000
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish and English or French
Minimum 6 months of Contact Centre experience (mandatory)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
