Were hiring a Ukrainian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Multilingual Services team in Lisbon Portugal.

Youll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 17/Aug/26.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels documenting each case accurately and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Ukrainian and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
