Terms & Work Pattern

• Monthly Base: 1237 gross (distributed over 12 monthly payments).
• Working Commitment: Standard 40-hour work week across 5 days.
• Operational Hours: Shift patterns rotate between 07:00 and 24:00 (Midnight) Monday through Sunday.

Core Responsibilities

As a Content Analyst you will uphold network policies and protect user safety through the following daily duties:

• Content Assessment: Analyze user-generated materialincluding profiles posts photos and video assetsagainst strict platform guidelines.
• Threat Prevention: Detect and take action against hazardous deceptive or policy-breaching content to shield the community from digital harm.
• Escalated Ticket Resolution: Deep-dive into complex user reports concerning system misuse account security and rule violations with meticulous accuracy.
• KPI Success: Balance empathy with impartiality while consistently hitting operational targets for speed volume and quality.

Candidate Profile

• Language Requirements: Fluent command of Ukrainian alongside strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level) for corporate training and internal channels.
• Work Authorization: EU citizenship a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência) or official Refugee Status documentation is required.
• Resilience: Open to evaluating sensitive online material and capable of maintaining performance across flexible shift patterns.
• Bonus Background: Previous experience in trust & safety content moderation or customer care is a plus though full paid training is provided.
