In this role you will serve as a frontline defender for the user base of one of the planets most prominent social media networks. You will collaborate with an energetic team focused on cultivating a secure unified and welcoming digital ecosystem for millions of daily visitors.

• Policy Enforcement: Screen user-uploaded assetsincluding multimedia files text posts and profile pagesto verify strict alignment with community guidelines.
• Ecosystem Protection: Detect and mitigate the impact of malicious inappropriate or deceptive content to preserve a healthy digital landscape.
• Ticket Management: Handle user reports and escalated inquiries involving account security system access and safety violations with high precision.
• Performance Standards: Maintain an objective mindset and empathetic approach while meeting specific operational speed and quality benchmarks.

• Communication Skills: Mastery of the Ukrainian language along with a confident command of English (B2) for navigating internal training modules and team updates.
• Legal Eligibility: Applicants must hold valid EU Citizenship a Portuguese Residency Card (Título de Residência) or official Refugee Status.
• Prior Experience: A background in customer support or internet moderation is an asset but not a prerequisite; we offer comprehensive paid training.
• Flexibility: Capability to review sensitive graphic material calmly while adjusting easily to a dynamic rotational shift schedule.

• Gross Income: 1237 per month (calculated over a 12-month annual period).
• Time Commitment: A standard 40-hour weekly schedule distributed over 5 days.
• Daily Structure: 8 operational hours per day supplemented by a 60-minute lunch interval.
• Operating Hours: Variable shifts organized between Monday and Sunday falling within the 07:00 to 00:00 (Midnight) service window.
