Ukrainian Speaking Content Moderator

In this position you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and supporting the user base of a leading global social media platform. Youll be part of an agile team focused on maintaining a secure inclusive and uplifting digital environment for millions of people every day.

Core Responsibilities

• Media Review: Monitor and evaluate user-submitted materialincluding videos images text and profilesto verify compliance with platform rules and regulations.
• Community Safety: Detect and address toxic harmful or deceptive content swiftly to preserve the platforms integrity.
• Issue Resolution: Manage reported accounts and escalated safety concerns with a high degree of precision.
• Workplace Standards: Deliver objective empathetic and efficient performance that aligns with established quality metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Linguistic Capability: Exceptionally strong Ukrainian language skills alongside a solid command of English (B2 level) required for corporate communication and training modules.
• Work Authorization: Must possess a valid EU Citizenship a Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência) or official Refugee Documentation.
• Background: While previous experience in customer care or content moderation is advantageous it is not mandatory. Comprehensive professional training will be provided.
• Resilience: Ability to handle sensitive online material and thrive in a fast-moving shift-based work setting.

Compensation & Schedule

• Monthly Base: 1237 Gross (distributed over 12 months).
• Hours: 40 hours weekly structured as 5 working days.
• Daily Routine: 8-hour shifts paired with a 1-hour midday break.
• Roster: Rotational shifts scheduled Monday through Sunday occurring inside the 07:00 to 00:00 (Midnight) operational window.
