We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Expert to support customers in the Dutch market as part of a project dedicated to Metas advertising services. You will assist small and medium-sized businesses helping them make the most of their advertising products and digital tools while delivering an excellent customer experience.

In this role you will work across phone email and chat providing product guidance troubleshooting support and valuable insights that help customers grow their businesses.

• Provide professional customer support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the Dutch market.
• Assist customers through phone email and chat.
• Support businesses in using Metas online and digital advertising solutions.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.
• Guide customers through relevant products tools and processes.
• Help customers improve their experience with Metas advertising solutions.
• Identify recurring trends and challenges affecting multiple SMB customers.
• Investigate customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Provide valuable product feedback and customer insights to the engineering team.
• Help customers make better use of digital advertising tools to support their business growth.

• Fluent Dutch and English proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Interest in online advertising digital products and technology.
• Ability to understand and explain digital products and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• On-site position in Lisbon Portugal.
• 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour working days with an additional lunch break.
• Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• Working hours between 07:00 and 21:00.
• Portuguese public holidays apply.
• 22 days of annual holiday entitlement according to Portuguese law.
• Workplace located at TP Open in Lisbon.
• Accessible by metro train and bus with Entrecampos station nearby.
