Turkish-Speaking Travel Customer Expert – Lisbon, Portugal

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within the travel industry supporting an international project focused on the Turkish-speaking market. You will join a multilingual operations team in Lisbon helping travellers resolve problems with their hotel reservations during and after their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers by phone and email mainly in Turkish and sometimes in English
• Handle complaints and reschedule hotel reservations
• Resolve urgent and unforeseen situations quickly and professionally
• Work with hotels and partners to negotiate alternative solutions
• Use several tools and follow set procedures for each case
• Stay calm and solution-focused in demanding situations

Requirements

• Native Turkish (spoken and written)
• Good English communication skills
• Customer service orientation patience and flexibility
• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
• Availability for rotating shifts Monday to Friday
• Previous customer service or travel experience is an advantage

Schedule
40 hours per week Monday to Friday on rotating shifts between 07:00 and 17:00. Weekends are off.
