Role: Turkish speaking Digital Marketing Support Specialist (B2B)

Salary: salary package 920 euro gross p/m (paid 14 p/a) plus fixed monthly bonus of 40 euro gross (paid 11x p/a) plus 7.63 euro net p/working day food vouchers

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational within Mon-Sun 7am-7pm

Are you passionate about digital marketing and enjoy solving technical challenges We're looking for a Digital Marketing Support Specialist to support business advertisers using one of the world's leading digital advertising platforms. You'll work with advertisers via email and chat helping them troubleshoot technical issues optimise their advertising experience and ensure they get the most from the platform.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong digital marketing background who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with outstanding customer support.

What you'll be doing

• Provide B2B support to advertisers via email and chat
• Troubleshoot advertising platform issues from start to resolution
• Resolve technical product and account-related queries
• Work closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve complex issues
• Keep advertisers informed throughout the support process with timely updates
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting service level and productivity targets
• Educate advertisers on platform features best practices and common technical issues
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

• Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Analytics
  • HTML/Web Development
  • Pixel implementation and tracking
  • APIs
• Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
• Previous experience in Digital Marketing
• Excellent written and spoken English
