What youll do

• Support content creators and influencers on subscription management account management technical troubleshooting and marketing tools
• Make outbound calls to confirm customers understood the information shared
• Help clients get the most from the platforms products and tools
• Spot trends and solve problems affecting multiple small and medium business clients
• Work in a fast-paced innovative multilingual team

What you get

• Paid training: 10 days 8 hours per day in English covering the clients products tools and phone email and chat support
• Salary:
  • With company apartment: 1338.66 total package (1138.66 cash 200 apartment benefit)
  • Without apartment: 1436.16 cash
  • Includes base salary Christmas and holiday allowances (paid monthly) and a 7/day meal allowance
• Potential productivity bonus based on performance and attendance
• Health insurance from day one
• Vacation: up to 20 days in your first year 22 days per year after that plus a compensation day if you work a Portuguese public holiday
• Contract: 12-month fixed term becoming permanent after 2 years
• Location: a modern office in Lisbon with a cafeteria lounge and meeting rooms close to metro train and bus connections

Schedule:40 hours per week rotating shifts Monday to Sunday
