Job Summary

  • Coordinate Logistics improvement initiatives focused on service levels on-time delivery and operational efficiency involving Inbound and Outbound teams in the execution.
  • Define and implement new processes driving digitalization AI-based solutions automation and simplification of administrative activities.
  • Develop document and standardize operational processes and procedures.
  • Analyse logistics KPIs and help identify improvement opportunities.
  • Plan and execute daily outbound transport activities to ensure smooth logistics operations following established logistics standards and processes.
  • Coordinate transport schedules and support the resolution of operational planning issues.
  • Prepare reports and support data analysis for operational decision-making.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics execution.

Qualifications :

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Industrial Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

  • Experience in transport planning or logistics operations.
  • Experience coordinating inbound and outbound transport activities.
  • Experience working with SAP logistics processes; exposure to S/4HANA is an advantage.
  • Experience monitoring operational KPIs and supporting process improvement initiatives is a plus.

Know-how

  • Good knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics processes.
  • Understanding of transport planning warehouse operations and supply chain fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of SAP logistics processes; S/4HANA exposure is an advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Power BI and data analysis skills are considered a plus.

Languages

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
