Translation Manager (fmdiv.)
Job Summary
Your contribution to something big:
As a Translation Manager you will ensure the development and production of all translations and oversee translation processes for all content types. You will manage external translation providers ensure linguistic quality and compliance with Bosch terminology and brand tone coordinate with internal stakeholders and drive timely high-quality delivery through efficient localization processes and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end translation and localization projects across multiple content types.
- Assign translation tasks to external providers and monitor project progress.
- Ensure linguistic quality through internal reviews and QA processes.
- Maintain Bosch terminology databases and ensure their consistent application.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare source content and resolve translation-related queries.
- Manage relationships with external translation vendors and support continuous process improvement.
- Monitor project timelines quality and delivery performance.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
Experience:
- Experience in translation localization or multilingual content management.
- Experience managing translation vendors and coordinating translation projects.
Know-how:
- Knowledge of Translation Management Systems (TMS) and localization workflows.
- Experience with terminology management and linguistic quality assurance.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
Working Style and Methods:
- Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Personality:
- Collaborative proactive solution-oriented and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
Languages: Fluent in English additional languages are a plus.
