Test Analyst

• The role is focused on designing preparing executing and validating business tests within projects ensuring quality standards and project objectives are met.

  Main Responsibilities

• Design and prepare test scenarios according to project requirements and established standards.
• Maintain and document test cases and test subjects in dedicated testing tools.
• Create validate and communicate all testing deliverables within the assigned scope.
• Prioritize test activities and ensure proper test coverage.
• Execute tests record results and provide input for Go/No-Go decisions.
• Monitor progress and communicate risks delays or quality concerns to the Test Lead and management.
• Identify log prioritize and support the resolution of defects and anomalies.
• Participate in retesting and validation after issue correction.
• Contribute to project reports testing documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Follow BNP Paribas Cardif standards testing procedures and service culture principles.
• Participate in workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

Education & Background

• Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Understanding of project methodologies.
• Knowledge of software testing principles (ISTQB).
• Experience in banking or insurance projects is a plus.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Ability to create and manage test plans and schedules.
• Experience identifying analyzing and following up on risks.
• Ability to organize work and manage priorities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• 5 years of testing experience.
• Experience with Octane.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with API testing.
• Knowledge of SAS.
• Experience with Control-M or other scheduling tools.
• Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to follow established processes and methodologies.
