ROLE AND LOCATION

We are looking for a Tender and Sales Support Assistant to join our team in Porto. This is a full-time position based in our Porto office.

Reporting to the Muehlhan Wind Service Commercial Department the role assists with preparing tenders proposals and basic contract documentation supports pricing and budget calculations and maintains accurate sales records. By coordinating inputs managing databases and supporting back-office processes the assistant helps ensure efficient well-organized sales and tender operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team by assisting with the preparation of tendersproposals and business plans
• Support tender and contract processes by coordinating inputs organizing documentation andassisting with pricing and budget calculations
• Assist the sales team with basic contract review clarifications and customer inquiries in coordination with commercial and operational managers
• Perform sales and back-office administration including registering proposals maintainingdatabases updating pipelines and preparing reports
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Legal Finance QHSE and Project Support teams to ensure accurate and complete submissions
• Help maintain and improve sales tools templates and procedures to support efficient and well organized sales operations

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience of supporting tender documentation sales administration and coordination tasks
• Knowledge of sales processes and business/project lifecycle fundamentals
• Experience of problem-solving and supporting operational tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
