A Technical Support Specialist Digital Platforms & AI Solutions role based in Lisbon Portugal. 920 x 14.
Day to day you will be provide first-line technical support for customers using AI and cloud-based solutions respond to customer queries and service requests in a timely and professional manner troubleshoot and resolve standard technical issues using established procedures and support documentation escalate complex or unresolved issues through the appropriate internal channels maintain high service quality and operational efficiency across all customer interactions support customers across international markets and multiple time zones and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
You will also handle follow compliance process and quality requirements at all times contribute to a consistent and positive customer experience and support shift-based operations including weekends and public holidays when required.

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly 12 which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.

- Curious analytical and eager to continuously develop your technical knowledge
- Ability to follow established procedures and effectively troubleshoot and resolve standard support issues
- Basic code literacy including the ability to understand and interpret simple API call examples
- Willingness and ability to learn basic vibe coding and perform simple technical tasks as part of routine support activities
- Strong critical-thinking skills particularly when reviewing AI-generated responses or automated support guidance
- English both written and spoken
- Basic understanding of HTTP APIs JSON and common HTTP status codes with a willingness to further develop your technical troubleshooting skills Fluent
