Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone email and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues offering clear and effective solutions.
• Guide customers through product features system settings and troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed case records.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality and performance targets.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2 or higher).
• EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit is mandatory. Unfortunately visa sponsorship is not available.
• Previous experience in technical support IT help desk customer support or a similar technical customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems and applications.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
