Technical Production Support Engineer (L3) Infrastructure Project Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Production Support Engineer (L3) with strong infrastructure and project management expertise to join our Application Production Support (APS) team.
In this role you will be responsible for leading infrastructure-related projects supporting production environments and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions for business applications. You will work closely with Business Project Managers IT teams and international stakeholders to implement robust scalable and resilient production architectures.
As part of an ongoing transformation journey you will contribute to the adoption of modern technologies and methodologies including Cloud DevOps Agile practices and automation.
Due to the international scope of the role fluency in English is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead and coordinate infrastructure and production-related projects from initiation to delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for IT project activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to scope budget timelines and quality expectations.
- Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders across multiple domains.
- Manage project governance including:
- Steering Committees
- Monitoring Committees
- Business Validation Committees
- Provide regular reporting to APS and ADM Management.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation (man-days).
Production & Operational Excellence
- Design and implement technical architectures supporting business applications.
- Prepare and manage the transition of new applications into production environments.
- Ensure operational readiness and autonomy for Run-the-Bank and Application Support teams.
- Define and validate production support SLAs and KPIs.
- Support technical resilience availability and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Coordinate production activities including deployments outside standard business hours when required.
Cloud Infrastructure & Transformation
- Ensure cloud adoption is systematically incorporated into project designs.
- Manage infrastructure and application lifecycle activities including:
- Obsolescence management
- Decommissioning initiatives
- Cost optimization
- FinOps alignment
- Collaborate with security architecture and operations teams to maintain compliance with enterprise standards.
- Contribute to the implementation of DevOps Agile Cloud and automation practices.
Qualifications :
Infrastructure & Production Support
- Strong understanding of enterprise production environments including:
- Servers
- Storage
- Networking
- Middleware
- Application hosting platforms
Monitoring & Observability
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace is highly valued.
DevOps & CI/CD
Knowledge of:
- Jenkins
- GitLab CI/CD
- Azure DevOps Pipelines
- Docker
- Kubernetes
Cloud Technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms such as:
- AWS
- Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Cloud certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner Azure Fundamentals or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience delivering cloud transformation projects and Infrastructure as Code environments.
Legacy & Enterprise Technologies
Experience with some of the following technologies:

- CFT File Transfer
- Ansible
- Kubernetes

Language Requirements
- English: Fluent (mandatory)

- Experience in financial services or banking environments.
- Exposure to FinOps practices.
- Experience driving cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks.
