Technical Customer Support Advisor – Dutch

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Lisbon Portugal and is hiring for the role of Technical Customer Support Advisor. You will support users of a leading search-engine company with customer and technical questions. As a Dutch-speaking technical support advisor you will help customers of a search-engine company with technical and general questions.

• Handle incoming customer and technical support contacts
• Ask probing questions to identify the technical issue and guide the customer through troubleshooting
• Provide accurate complete information using the right tools
• Document each case accurately
• Meet quality and case-handling targets

• Native or near-native Dutch (C2) and fluent English (B2) spoken and written
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Customer-service or technical-support experience is a plus

• Salary: 1100 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Performance bonus: up to 120 gross per month
• Complexity bonus: 135 per month
• Meal allowance: 7.63 net per working day
• Welcome bonus: 2000 paid in 12 monthly instalments over the first year
• Private health insurance: available from day 1 with a monthly contribution free after 6 months on the contract

• Candidates relocating from abroad: a room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months with rent and utilities deducted directly from your payslip (details shared during screening)
• Flight tickets are not reimbursed

• Location: Lisbon Portugal on-site
• Working hours: MondayFriday 08:0020:00 (rotating shifts); SaturdaySunday 08:0017:00 (rotating shifts)
• Contract: Full-time 6-month contract
