CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Technical Customer Success Managers for an international cloud technology project based in Lisbon Portugal. Your Role
- Manage a portfolio of business customers and act as their trusted technical advisor
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across your customer portfolio
- Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle from technical discovery to solution adoption
- Convert and expand existing opportunities while supporting long-term customer success
- Maintain accurate CRM records pipeline updates and sales forecasts
- Proactively engage customers to increase product adoption and reduce churn
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored cloud solutions
- Support digital transformation AI and cloud innovation initiatives
- Build strong customer relationships while consistently achieving business objectives
Your Profile
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience within a contact center environment
- Experience managing the full sales cycle and building long-term customer relationships
- Strong consultative sales and account management skills
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation abilities
- Experience working with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest or experience in cloud technologies digital transformation or enterprise software is highly desirable
