Technical Customer Success Manager – Dutch Market

We are recruiting a Technical Customer Success Manager for a major international cloud technology project in Lisbon.
You will act as a full-funnel portfolio owner and trusted technical advisor for high-potential SMB customers across the EMEA region.
Rather than simply responding to customer enquiries you will take ownership of your customer portfolio uncover new opportunities support technical discovery move deals forward and help customers successfully adopt cloud-based solutions.
Customer Portfolio Ownership
Manage a portfolio of SMB customers end-to-end and become their primary trusted technical point of contact.
Opportunity Creation
Identify new business opportunities and develop them through the complete customer journey.
Technical Discovery & Solution Positioning
Understand customer needs uncover technical requirements and help position the most relevant cloud solutions.
Deal Execution
Drive opportunities from initial engagement through technical discovery solution positioning activation and customer follow-up.
Pipeline Conversion
Convert close and grow opportunities across your customer portfolio including pre-qualified accounts provided by specialist sales teams.
Retention & Growth
Proactively engage customers at risk of churn strengthen relationships and help protect and grow existing cloud consumption.
CRM & Forecasting Excellence
Keep opportunities milestones customer information and forecasts accurate current and supported by clear evidence.
Innovation & AI
Contribute to strategic priorities around cloud adoption artificial intelligence innovation and continuous learning.

There are two compensation structures available.
Without company accommodation
- Base salary: 1722.50 gross/month
- Christmas allowance: 143.54
- Holiday allowance: 143.54
- Meal allowance: 154
- Potential productivity bonus: 400
- Monthly package example including allowances and potential bonus: 2563.58
With company accommodation
- Base salary: 1338 gross/month
- Company accommodation benefit-in-kind: 204
- Christmas allowance: 111.50
- Holiday allowance: 111.50
- Meal allowance: 154
- Potential productivity bonus: 400
- Total package example including benefit-in-kind: 2319
- Gross cash compensation example: 2115
The productivity bonus depends on project-specific performance and/or attendance criteria and may vary.
You will complete an intensive 20-working-day training programme covering:
- Product and service knowledge
- New software and tools
- Customer management
- Telephone email and chat communication
- On-the-job training
The training allowance stated in the project information is 42.72 per day / 854.40 for the full 20-day period subject to successful completion of the training.

- Work model: On-site
- Working time: 40 hours per week
- Daily schedule: 8 working hours 1-hour lunch break
- Annual leave: 22 days
