Are you passionate about customer support problem-solving and technology We are looking for a French-speaking Technical Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic international project in Lisbon. The Role
As a Technical Customer Service Specialist you will:
- Support customers via phone email chat social media and messaging channels
- Assist with product-related questions technical issues and general inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues related to software hardware e-commerce and wireless connectivity
- Escalate complex cases to higher support tiers when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high-quality customer support
- Collaborate with internal teams and technicians to resolve customer issues efficiently
What Were Looking For
- French: C2 / Native level
- English: B2
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment and open to feedback
- Previous customer support or technical support experience is a plus
Key Details
Start Date: 09 July 2026
Location: Lisbon Portugal (On-Site)
Contract: 6 months renewable
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 20:00 (rotational shifts)
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 17:00
- 2 rotational days off
