Tech Lead (.NET & Azure)

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to help shape and scale a SaaS platform built on the Microsoft ecosystem.

What Youll Do

• Lead and mentor the engineering team.
• Define and evolve the platform architecture.
• Develop critical features and support technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product Management to deliver impactful solutions.
• Ensure code quality performance security and scalability.
• Drive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.

What Youll Bring

• 5 years of experience in software development.
• 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience with .NET C# SQL Server and Azure.
• Experience building scalable SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD DevOps and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Daily use of AI tools to support software delivery.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
