What Youll do:

- Lead and support the test automation strategy and technical direction;

- Analyse automation opportunities and define the most appropriate approach;

- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts and test suites;

-Design and execute automated tests across HMI API and Batch environments;

-Identify document and track bugs regressions and incidents using Mantis or JIRA;

-Maintain and evolve the automated test estate in collaboration with development and Product teams;

-Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and software factory processes;

-Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and test automation industrialisation;

-Provide technical support and guidance to project teams;

- Hybrid work model;

Who You Are:

- 5 years of experience in software testing with experience as a Tech Lead Automation Engineer;

-Strong experience in test automation and QA best practices;

-Strong knowledge of Cypress and Python;

-Experience with Sauce Labs Xray Git and Postman;

-Experience with UFT and VBA;

-Knowledge of MongoDB;

-Experience with automated testing across HMI API and Batch environments;

-Experience working in Agile environments;

-Good problem-solving and anomaly detection skills;

-Italian B2 and Portuguese B1;

-Strong communication interpersonal and consulting skills;

-Team-oriented adaptable and able to manage pressure:
