For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 7 years ofprofessional experience Core / .NET technologies.
Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development.
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Previous experience in technical leadership and team coordination roles.
Experience managing or mentoring engineering teams.
Strong software design and architectural skills.
Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on development responsibilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Portuguese at least B2 level
Availability for remote work in Portugal with occasional trips to the office in Lisbon (candidates should be in Portugal to be considered).
