Team Manager

Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Model: On-site (Hybrid opportunity after onboarding)

Were looking for an experienced Team Manager fluent in English and French to join our clients team in Lisbon Portugal.

In this role youll lead and support a team drive performance and help ensure high-quality service delivery in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Annual salary:(gross)
• Meal allowance: 12 per working day
• Opportunity to transition to a 50/50 hybrid work model after successfully completing the first month on-site and demonstrating autonomy.

• C1 or native-level English proficiency.
• C1 or native-level French proficiency (strong B2 candidates may also be considered).
• Previous experience using CCRM (mandatory).
• Strong leadership communication and people management skills.
• Must currently reside in Porto Portugal.
• Eligible to work in Portugal.
