What will your responsibilities be

• Technical Review:Review the work of trainees and assitants providing feedback. Monitor tax deliverables. Review workpapers tax provisions and supporting documentation to maintain high standards.
• Tecnical execution:Lead processes client/ documentation. Prepare tax deliverables. Client technical contact. Comply with all inernal processes.
• Planning:Task coordination. Ensure deadlines are met. Ensure deliverables are uploaded to the platform on time.
• Tax Compliance and reporting:Ensure compliance with relevant tax standards regulations and statutory informed about changes in tax standards and communicate implications to the team and clients.
• Problem Resolution:Address and resolve tax issues and discrepancies collaborating with team members and clients as needed. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.

What are we looking for

• Accounting/ Business Administration background with Taxation specification or Law
• Fluent in English
• Proven experience in tax outsourcing services or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• In-depth knowledge of tax principles regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
