YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You use various sourcing methods including online platforms social media job boards databases professional networks and industry events to identify potential candidates
• You conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications cultural fit and potential for success while acting as an ambassador for SIXT
• You develop a sourcing strategy in close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers
• You stay up to date on industry trends competitive intelligence and talent market insights

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You already have some (first) experience in the field of Talent/Active Sourcing/Headhunting at an headhunting agency or inhouse

• Tools You have experience with business networks (especially LinkedIn) and Boolean search

• Motivation You dont give up easily and enjoy finding new and creative ways to reach out to people

• Languages You have very good English skills other languages are a plus
