System & Product QA Engineer – Platform & UX

We are looking for a System & Product QA Engineer to validate an advanced robotics platform as a complete integrated product.
This is a hands-on QA role focused on end-to-end system testing UX automation Linux deployment and real-world product behaviour.
- Validate complete user journeys across UI backend deployment and robot/system states
- Perform exploratory and scenario-based testing from the perspective of operators and integrators
- Evaluate UX system feedback permissions error messages and operational workflows
- Write Python-based automated tests for integrated system scenarios
- Test installation configuration and updates in Linux/Ubuntu environments
- Investigate defects using logs system states UI behaviour and pipeline results
- Document defects and test evidence using Jira/Xray
- Support regression testing exploratory test cycles and release readiness
- Work closely with Product Frontend Backend Robotics DevOps and QA teams
- Strong experience in end-to-end product/system QA
- Exploratory and scenario-based testing experience
- Ability to test across UI backend services and system states
- Python/scripting experience for test automation
- Solid Linux/Ubuntu fundamentals
- Strong bug reporting and defect investigation skills
- Experience with Jira and Xray Zephyr or similar
- API/integration testing experience
- Understanding of usability user feedback error states and operational workflows
- Ability to investigate technical issues rather than simply execute checklists
- Robotics AMR/AGV industrial automation logistics or warehouse software
- pytest Playwright Cypress Robot Framework or similar
- Docker/Kubernetes
- ROS familiarity
- Distributed-system log analysis
- CI/CD and GitHub Actions experience
- Customer-facing enterprise software experience
This is not a traditional manual QA or pure UI testing role.
The ideal candidate should be highly hands-on with approximately 70% focused on testing automation investigation and product validation.
Candidates must be able to assess not only whether a feature works but whether the user understands what happened why it happened and what to do next.
