For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 4 years of experience as a Support Analyst providing IT User Support Service Desk or Workplace Infrastructure management in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Windows OS environments Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of macOS covering basic configuration and troubleshooting
- Good working knowledge of SCCM with practical experience in MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions
- Solid scripting skills in PowerShell or similar tools used for automation configuration and bulk management
- Deep understanding of PC hardware architectures diagnostic tools and core network protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPNs) plus experience supporting meeting rooms (Cisco and Microsoft Teams Rooms)
- Solid grasp of ITIL frameworks (Incident Problem and Change Management) and SLA-driven service delivery
- Pragmatic problem-solver with strong communication skills and the composure to stay structured under pressure
- Self-motivated curious and comfortable working in a multicultural fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (B2); French is a strong plus
- Availability for hybrid work (2x/week) based in Lisbon (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
