JOB PURPOSE

As Supply Chain Manager you will playacentral rolein shaping the performance reliability and future of ourSeixezelooperations. Reporting directly to the Plant General Managerand with a dotted-line connection to the Business Unit Supply Chain Manageryou will act as akey partnerto Production Sales Customer Service Finance and Group Supply Chain teams.

This is ahighly visible and impactful rolewhere you will oversee the full end-to-end supply chain flowleadinga team of34 people (5 direct reports)and ensuring thatcustomer commitmentsare met with efficiency accuracy and consistency.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop a team of 34 people (5 direct reports) fostering a modern coaching-oriented culture.

  • Support talent growth succession planning and performance management.

  • Promote engagement collaboration and continuous skill development across the team.

End-to-End Supply Chain & Customer Service

  • Ensure smooth order fulfilment and OTIF performance.

  • Coordinate with production sales and customer service to meet commitments.

  • Maintain proactive communication with customers and suppliers.

Procurement & Material Availability

  • Lead strategic sourcing andmonitorsupplier performance.

  • Ensuretimelyavailability of raw materials and services.

  • Identifycost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.

Planning Scheduling & Inventory

  • Drive forecasting S&OP and production planning.

  • Maintainoptimalinventory levels balancing cost and service.

  • Align demand capacity and supply across functions.

Warehousing Distribution & Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee warehousing and distribution efficiency.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean CI simplification).

  • Optimise transportation flows and delivery performance.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Formal Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum8years experience infull end-to-end supply chain roles.

  • Experience incomplex multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Proven people-management experiencewith a modern coaching-oriented leadership style.

  • Fluency inPortugueseand professional-levelEnglish.

  • Data-analysis skills (ERP/MRP systems like SAP for example Excel)
