What is expected in this role:
- Manage multiple international accounts across Europe;
- Prospect and onboard new suppliers to the B-Parts network;
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers;
- Perform detailed analyses of suppliers sales performance and complaint patterns to help them increase sales;
- Assist suppliers in your portfolio improving their operational KPIs;
- Develop best practices across the Account Management function;
- Report directly to management;
- Support colleagues and work to employ best practice across the business.
What are we looking for (knowledge skills and abilities):
- Fluency in English or Portuguese (mandatory);
- Professional fluency in a second language (preference for Spanish French German or Eastern European languages);
- Proactive approach: goal-oriented with ease in establishing relationships;
- Sales experience managing customer accounts ideally in a fast growth environment;
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights (Tableau knowledge is a plus);
- Strong planning and organization skills;
- Domain of computer skills (Office proficiency in Excel);
