Contactos Comerciais department is looking for a Stakeholder & Client Management.

What you will do:

• Manage complaint handling and mediation processes involving customers external entities and key stakeholders;
• Ensure the collection validation and consolidation of information required for preparing responses;
• Coordinate with different areas of the organization and operational partners (BPO);
• Monitor operational and performance indicators (SLA KPI) contributing to the achievement of targets;
• Support data analysis and operational reporting identifying opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Participate in process optimization and the implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Experience in complaint management regulatory processes or mediation;
• Experience coordinating with operational teams and outsourcing partners (BPO);
• Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive matters with professionalism and balance.

What are we looking for:

• Masters degree in Management Economics and/or Engineering;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Proactive autonomous and solution-oriented mindset;
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments with high regulatory complexity;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively;
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving objectives;
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders;
• Critical thinking and analytical mindset to support decision-making;
• Functional knowledge of information systems and reporting tools particularly Power BI and advanced Excel.
