Job Summary
We are looking for a Spanish speaking Retail Customer Support Agent to join a team in Lisbon this role you will assist customers in Spanish within a retail environment providing helpful and professional customer service.
What you will do
- Provide customer support in Spanish.
- Assist customers with retail-related enquiries.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to deliver a positive customer experience.
What we are looking for
- Fluent or native-level Spanish.
- Candidates already living in Lisbon Portugal.
- The right to live and work in Portugal.
What we offer
- Full-time on-site position in Lisbon.
- Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Gross monthly salary of 950.
- Performance bonus of 150.
