Spanish Customer Support Specialist International Hub (Portugal)

The Role
  • Customer Care: Act as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers assisting them via phone email and live chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Answer questions regarding product features order statuses billing and account management with a helpful attitude.
  • Troubleshooting: Guide users step-by-step through digital platforms or basic technical queries to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Data Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and case details in the internal CRM database.
Working Model & Location
  • Location: Based on-site at one of our modern high-tech office hubs in Portugal.
  • Work Model: Full-time 100% on-site role with a multicultural and energetic team environment.

Requirements
  • Native or Near-Native Spanish: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.

  • Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
  • Soft Skills: Empathetic patient organized and a strong natural problem-solver.
  • Tech-Comfortable: Ability to multi-task smoothly across multiple applications and browser tabs.
