• Provide professional and friendly customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone email or chat.
• Assist customers with questions requests and troubleshooting.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate effective solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow company procedures and client guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with an international team to achieve performance targets.

• Native-level Spanish(mandatory).
• B2 level of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-oriented attitude and a willingness to help others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon Portugal if currently living abroad.
