You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon and the starting date is on the 23rd of November.

• Respond to customers through phone email and chat online.
• Resolve enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Meet quality productivity and performance targets.

• Fluent Spanish spoken and written.
• English B1/B2.
• Typing speed of 20 words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge.

• 12-month contract with possibility of renewal.
• 40 hours/week 8-hour rotating shifts.
