Role: Spanish Customer Advisor

Salary: 1059 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonuses and monthly mealvouchers) plus free accommodation (so no monthly cost for rent utility bills etc). Package without accommodation is 1262 euro gross p/m

Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Sunday
from 9 AM to 8 PM.

Our client is a leading international customer experience and technology services provider supporting some of the world's most recognised brands. For their operations in Lisbon they are looking for enthusiastic Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a team supporting a globally recognised entertainment and streaming platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people solving problems and working in a multicultural environment.

The Role

As a Customer Support Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers helping them with questions about their streaming service accounts subscriptions and technical issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly professional and efficient customer support via phone email and live chat
• Assisting customers with account management subscriptions and billing enquiries.
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to streaming services and digital platforms.
• Delivering a positive customer experience with every interaction.

• Fluent Castilian Spanish and a good command of English
• Fluency in one of the following additional language combinations:

  • Castilian Spanish Basque

  • Castilian Spanish Catalan and Valencian

  • Castilian Spanish Galician

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for customer service and helping others.
• Comfortable using computers digital platforms and technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural team environment.
