For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 4 years of experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or equivalent technical training monitoring analysing and protecting systems against cyber-attacks malware data threats and other security incidents.
- Knowledge of security monitoring tools such as DarkTrace CrowdStrike GuardDuty or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of network infrastructures (LAN/WAN) and network technologies including TCP/IP DNS/NTP routing protocols (OSPF BGP) and MPLS.
- Ability to handle track review and prioritise tickets and tasks in accordance with SLAs.
- Strong team-player mindset with the ability to proactively identify own and escalate issues that could impact service delivery.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new security and network technologies often without formal training.
- Availability to work in a 24/7 shift system covering market operational hours.
- Fluency in English (B2).
- Availability for hybrid work based in Porto (3 days on-site per week) candidates should already be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
