For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 4 years of experience as a SNOC Analyst
- Proficiency with network monitoring platforms such as Grafana LogicMonitor or LibreNMS to track performance detect anomalies and maintain infrastructure visibility.
- Solid understanding of core networking protocols and technologies including TCP/IP DNS NTP/PTP OSPF BGP and MPLS applied in production environments.
- Ability to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for network and security infrastructure ensuring continuity and reliability of business-critical operations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple locations while maintaining composure and clear communication during high-pressure operational situations.
- Fluency in English (B2); Fluency in Portuguese (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model 3 times a week based in Porto and for a shift system in a 24/7 operation
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit
