At LPR Portugal Sustainability Health Environment & Quality are at the heart of everything we do. Were looking for a SHEQ Assistant to help us strengthen our culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The role

As a SHEQ Assistant you will play an active role in supporting our SHEQ strategy ensuring compliance with internal standards customer requirements and Group policies while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

In this role you will be responsible for monitoring non-conformities coordinating corrective actions with internal teams and external partners supporting certification processes and maintaining up-to-date documentation required for local and Group standards. You will also contribute to customer audits and supplier approvals helping ensure that our operations consistently meet the highest quality and sustainability standards.

Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities you will have the opportunity to participate in cross-functional projects related to sustainability compliance reporting and operational improvement. We are looking for someone who is organised proactive detail oriented and eager to learn. Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to make a real impact in an international and continuously evolving environment.
