What Youll Be Doing

As a Settlements & Reconciliation Operations Specialist youll be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of transaction processing activities while supporting key operational functions across the business.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing settlement and reconciliation processes to ensure transactions are accurately processed and completed within established deadlines.
• Investigating and resolving exceptions discrepancies and unmatched transactions.
• Performing both automated and manual reconciliation activities across multiple systems and data sources.
• Monitoring data quality and ensuring the integrity of operational and financial information.
• Producing operational reports and providing insights to support decision-making and issue resolution.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Operations Technology Sales Client Services and other business functions.
• Supporting the resolution of operational incidents and ensuring timely escalation when necessary.
• Maintaining compliance with internal controls policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contributing to audit activities by ensuring proper documentation and process transparency.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes improve efficiency and support automation initiatives.

Qualifications :

Your Profile

Were looking for someone who brings:

• Previous experience in Settlements Reconciliations Trade Operations Back Office or Financial Services Operations.
• Strong understanding of transaction processing and operational controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with financial markets trade lifecycle concepts or settlement platforms is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience working with financial systems and operational tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work independently prioritize effectively and perform under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
